Make a start on your new year’s resolutions and book your place now on one of the 2012 Never Second business development masterclasses. Hosted by accountants BDO and Smith & Williamson, and law firms Addleshaw Goddard and Shepherd and Wedderburn there are sessions in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester and Glasgow, covering all of the key aspects of strategy and decision making to help you achieve your BD goals.
At the end of these half day morning sessions you will be equipped to:
- Set realistic, clearly-defined BD objectives that will grow your business
- Defend your price and your margins again and again, generating outcomes that are a win:win for you and your clients
- Use effective account management to increase client satisfaction, retention and referral
- Win more bids by focusing on the buyer and influencing the decision in your favour.
Every master class includes practical examples, tools and techniques that you can implement immediately, and will be delivered by either: David Yeoward, Debi Coles or Barbara Hamilton. Because we know that busy people find it difficult to spend a whole day out of the office, we have kept it to an intense morning session. Spaces are limited so that you get the most out of each session.

Each master class costs £195 plus VAT, or £695 plus VAT for 4 places, and runs from 8.30am to 12.30pm with breakfast kindly provided by our hosts. We can also provide private sessions at your offices for your partners if you would prefer a group master class.
